****THE EVENT OPENS FOR PRESENTERS AT 10:00 AM PT. THE PRESENTATIONS START AT 12:00 PM PT.****
NASA's Flight Opportunities Program and Future Engineers are hosting an interactive virtual event showcasing the 60 winning teams from across the nation in the NASA TechRise Student Challenge. Since January, the teams have worked diligently to conceptualize, design, and prototype their high-altitude balloon experiment in preparation for flight.
NASA representatives will start the event on the main stage before opening the 60 virtual team booths for you to explore. During the NASA TechRise showcase, you'll have the opportunity to visit TechRise team presentations and hear directly from the students about their experiments, which will fly this summer. Their experience has been much the same as the one a NASA researcher or university/college professor undertakes to prepare their advanced technologies for potential use in future NASA lunar, planetary, or deep-space exploration missions, and we can't wait to share their progress with you!
